Been nerding out to all things gut health with this book aka the digestion bible. 

This and this are definitely on my to watch list. 

My friend and co-worker at Parsley Health, Elisa, shared this mind blowing podcast with me on goals, motivation and neuroscience. Will surely listen to it as least 2 more times. 

Made this for dinner last night. So good. I suggest adding the whole curry jar for curry lovers out there. . 

This tahini dressing recipe made my lunch delicious all week - I poured it over Explore Asian mung bean pasta  (which I buy on Thrive Market) + veggie stir fry (cauliflower, shiitake  mushrooms, onion, carrot, celery, olive oil).

PopSugar Fitness Videos are helping me keep up with my workout goals. One of my recent faves - keeping it fun with a dance party.  

Using this to make warming, anti-inflammatory golden milk lattes. 

Was gifted this, it makes bath time better.
