Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Just back from a corporate wellness talk I did where I whipped up this delicious, seasonal smoothie. I posted it on Instagram and had some requests for the recipe, so I wanted to share it here. I love pumpkin everything! And while I'll certainly have some pumpkin pie this season, here's a healthified way to enjoy it:

Serves 1
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup organic canned pureed pumpkin
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional for extra Omega-3s)
1 serving protein powder {optional, I like Parsley Health's Vanilla protein powder}
4 ice cubes 

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, blend & enjoy!
